The written word
I
want to know
All people are experiencing life through the senses filtered by mental habits. Teaching is clear, yet perception of it is categorised by these mental habits. There is an urgency to know within a mind filled with assertions, expectations and doubts. How can we see through the mist?
It takes persistence and is as much about unlearning as acquiring new knowledge. Teaching needs to be expressed repeatedly and in multiple forms so that individuals can connect in different ways with the clarity of the ancient message.
Provided below are examples of short articles that have been previously published through the Yogaliving community. It is not their intention to merely repeat theoretical philosophy but to engage in what is real and immediate for people.
