Sphurana-The
Yoga Practice of Atma Vichara its context and method:

and original work written by Derek describing the context of nature within which

Spoken Heart-Poetry
CD:
Spoken Heart
is a compilation of 10 poems and 3 songs
recorded in 2002. All work is original, both written and
performed by Derek. The CD ends with a short 5 minute guided meditation . The
poems are instructive and beautiful, the songs are deeply personal and profound.
All express Upanishadic themes and describe insightfully the human experience
and the quest for truth.

Bhajan Demonstration CD
To complement the 1st CD that
accompanies the chanting book, a second CD is being produced that shows the
method, pronunciation and tunes of a selection of the key Bhajans. This is not
intended as a performance
CD but as a teaching and practice aid.
